You should also educate your child about the importance of getting enough sleep. It's one part of keeping them healthy and happy. Getting enough sleep will also help determine how they perform in school. Now, children are getting sleeping than they did years ago. Even older children will reap the health benefits of getting enough sleep. You should try to incorporate a few self-help methods if they're having difficulties sleeping.
